Write to us
Have a question about a procedure, a suggestion to improve the site, or want to let us know that something has changed? We love hearing from the Salvadoran community. The most direct way to reach us is by email:
📧 info@consuladosalvador.com
We read every message and reply as soon as we can. Because of the volume of email, we ask for a little patience: we give priority to information corrections, since they help the entire community.
Did you spot incorrect or outdated information?
The hours, addresses, and phone numbers of Salvadoran consulates change from time to time. If you've noticed something that doesn't match reality, help us fix it. To verify it quickly, please include in your message:
- The page where you saw the error (for example, consuladosalvador.com/houston).
- The incorrect information exactly as it appears now.
- The correct information and, if possible, the official source where you confirmed it.
We cross-check every report against the official source before updating. Thank you for helping us keep the information reliable!
For official procedures and appointments
Please remember that we do not handle appointments or procedures: we are an independent informational site. Official matters are always handled through the Salvadoran government's channels:
- Consular appointments: portalcitas.rree.gob.sv.
- Call Center (U.S. and Canada): 1-888-301-1130, option 4.
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs: rree.gob.sv.
- In emergencies (detention, accident, or death), call the consulate in your area directly; they are available 24 hours a day.
